kanz1 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Explained Plainly

By accessing kanz1 at kanz1.biz, creating an account, or using any part of the platform — whether for sports betting, casino games, jackpot slots, or anything else — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with kanz1 under these Terms and Conditions. • You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been prohibited from using kanz1. If you have self-excluded, you must not attempt to register a new account.
• You must be using your own payment method. Depositing using someone else's Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, or card is prohibited and will result in account suspension pending verification.

Registering a kanz1 account is straightforward. You provide your mobile number, create a password, and confirm your age and acceptance of these Terms. However, the details you provide must be accurate and current at all times.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your kanz1 login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone — including family members or friends.
• Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact kanz1 support immediately.
• kanz1 may contact you at the mobile number or email address provided on your account for verification, security, or service communication purposes.
• Account details may only be updated through the official kanz1 account settings or via verified support interaction. kanz1 will never ask for your password by any means.
• Only one account is permitted per device, per household, and per person. Accounts linked by device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address to existing accounts may be investigated under the duplicate account policy.

All financial transactions on kanz1 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kanz1 does not accept or pay in any foreign currency. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• kanz1 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds for any transaction. This is an anti-money laundering measure and not a penalty.
• Chargeback attempts against legitimate deposits will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant payment provider's dispute resolution process.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Withdrawal requests made during technical maintenance windows may experience brief delays. kanz1 will not be liable for delays caused by issues on the player's payment provider's side.

kanz1 offers a variety of bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion carries its own specific terms which are displayed alongside the offer. The terms below apply to all kanz1 bonuses universally.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements for kanz1 deposit bonuses are 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion page states differently.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period are forfeited automatically.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on kanz1. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potentially legal action.

• Creating more than one kanz1 account regardless of the reason. This includes accounts created on behalf of someone else.

• Colluding with other players in live games or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kanz1 staff or other players through any channel.
• Accessing kanz1 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of kanz1's platform, software, or content.

kanz1 takes responsible gaming seriously. • Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through their kanz1 account settings at any time.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and prevent access to the kanz1 platform for the duration chosen. Minimum self-exclusion period is 30 days.
• kanz1 may impose account restrictions or initiate a welfare check if a player's behaviour patterns suggest harmful gambling activity, even if the player has not requested intervention.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account. Any such account discovered will be closed and the balance may be forfeited or returned depending on the circumstances.

All content on kanz1 — including but not limited to the logo, game interfaces, graphic design, text, bet market structures, and software — is the property of kanz1 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any kanz1 content without prior written permission.
• Screen-recording or photographing live dealer or game content and distributing it is prohibited.
• The kanz1 brand name and logo may not be used in connection with any third-party product, service, or communication without kanz1's written consent.

kanz1 operates on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is reliable and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary or prolonged platform downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond kanz1's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds or game outcome display caused by third-party data providers, where the error is corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by banking institutions, mobile wallet operators, or payment processors.
• Losses resulting from the player's own decision to bet or play, including decisions made under the influence of promotional materials.

kanz1's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident is capped at the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident. This limitation does not apply where kanz1 has acted fraudulently or with gross negligence.

kanz1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. This includes but is not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested within a reasonable timeframe.
• Underage gambling or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
• Abusive behaviour directed at kanz1 staff or other players.
• Discovery that a self-excluded player has registered a new account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account are held in trust. If the investigation clears the player of wrongdoing, the account is reinstated and funds are returned. If the investigation confirms a violation, funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their kanz1 account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on the account after identity confirmation.

kanz1 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes — typically by displaying a notice on the kanz1 homepage or by sending a notification to the mobile number associated with your account. The updated terms will display a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use kanz1 after a change to the Terms has been communicated, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms.
